4 tips for wearing bright lip colors:
1. Moisturize lips with vaseline for a few minutes before and then wipe off excess before applying lipstick.
2. Line outsides of lip with concealer to prevent color from bleeding.
3. Apply two light layers instead of one thick one.
4. Keep the rest of your makeup simple to let your lip be the statement.
