It is my favorite month of the year! Not only is November my birthday month (21 days) but Fall is in full force and Thanksgiving is coming! I have so many things I want to do this month to take advantage of this time of year. My style starts to turn cozier this time of year. I love comfortable layers that work for the varying temperatures throughout the day. An easy way to add style and personality to layered outfits is a scarf. I know wearing a scarf is not a new earth shattering trend, but each year brings a new update to them.
Big chunky scarves are calling my name this year! I love how you can wrap yourself up in them. I love a classic plaid blanket scarf (seen here) but lately have been drawn to a more color blocked print. I think it is just enough to update the look.
I love the saturated colors in these scarves. You can find the right color combo that will work with your wardrobe. Blanket scarves can also be worn open as a poncho or shawl. This is an especially great option when it gets cooler. I’m now just trying to decide which one of these needs to come home with me!
