Some of my favorite posts to put together are the top purchase posts (see past ones here). It’s fun to look thru what I’ve recently bought and really examine each purchase. It helps me to see what items I love and know where great purchases and what maybe wasn’t. I am focusing on buying quality and not quantity so reflecting on my purchases really helps me make better purchases going forward. So today’s post is my top purchases since the beginning of the year.

Top Purchases Vol 4
I have stared at this bed on the West Elm website for over a year.
There have been several times that I almost bought it but then talked myself out of it. I finally ordered it in January and have now had it for almost a month and I love it more than I expected. The blush color is subtle but still feminine and the draws underneath are so much easier than the boxes I used to have under my bed. I swear I sleep better too!
In my Spring Style Tips post, I talked about matching sets and this Abercrombie one surprised me. I didn’t know I could actually love a crop top this much on myself and the pants are so comfy!. It is something I know I’ll wear all summer. I’ll also be wearing these Loeffler Randal gold sandals all summer too. They somehow manage to go with jean shorts, dress pants, dresses and everything else!
I’m constantly trying out new bralettes to find the magic one that is comfortable but still supportive. This Gap ribbed bralette does a pretty great job!
If you want to just feel fancy while lounging around your house, I highly recommend getting this robe!
Something else that is fancy is lash extensions.
I used to get them until I had an allergic reaction to the glue. Then I discovered these Wink Clique lashes. You apply them yourself and they last a week! I was a little skeptical but after wearing them a couple times I now am hooked. They are also a lot less expensive than lash extensions. They provide really great videos on how to apply, because it is different than other lashes you apply yourself. I especially love them on the weekends when I don’t wear a lot of makeup.
I recently rediscovered hot rollers.
And I forgot how easy they are to use and how they can help you fake a blow out! They have become my go-to when I need some help smoothing out my hair and just getting some movement back!
While researching for this post, I found a new foundation I love. Charlotte Tillbury’s Beautiful skin gives you just that! It has coverage but still feels light! And gives a glow without looking shiny.
Dress pants are never a real exciting purchase but these Spanx pants kind of change that. Because they are Spanx, they are immensely flattering. The waistband holds you in while still being comfortable. And the ankle-length and skim leg are ideal for showing off a cute pair of shoes!
