Another year has ended and we have survived the Holidays and all the crazy that goes with it! I love the festive season but am always ready to get back to a routine once January rolls around. I’ve been thinking a lot about the past year as I make some goals for 2022. I also went back and reviewed my purchases to find the best ones. I loved doing it last year (see post) and thought it was a great way to examine my spending in hope of making better quality purchases going forward. So in this post I am sharing my top 2021 purchases.

Name Bracelet
I had two bracelets made with my new nephew’s name on it. One was for me and the other was for my sister-in-law as a new mom gift. I love how subtle and sweet it is, I wear mine everyday. The bracelet is small enough that you could wear more than one together or you can layer it with others.
Senreve Leather Belt Bag
I researched a ton of bags before I found the right belt bag for me. I love this one because it can be converted into a shoulder bag or even a clutch. There is a full review in this post.
Vintage Havana Glitter Sneakers
Trendy casual sneakers have been a big trend but I haven’t wanted to spend the money on a pair of Golden Goose. Vintage Havana brand is a way better price point and have great colors and fabrics. I love the neutral color of this pair and every time I wear them I get compliments!
Cowl Neck Sweater Dress
Everyone needs this dress! It is a classic, comfortable sweater dress under $40. I love the fit and how well it goes with knee high boots. I have it in two colors.
Large Claw Clips
I have fully embraced that claw clips are back in style. This set has the perfect neutral clips that are big enough to hold all of my hair. I just hope the accordion headbands don’t also come back in style.
Loefller Randall Goldy Boots
I thought long and hard about buying these boots since they are such a splurge. They are truly the perfect pair of knee high boots. The Goldy boots have a slim fit but you can still tuck pants into them. What I really love and what sold me on this pair compared to others is the almond shaped toe. I love how it feels a bit more casual.
Love Shack Fancy Natasha Mini Dress
Another splurge purchase this year was this dress. I was a little nervous about it because the mini dress is pretty girly, even for me. But as soon as I bought it, I wore it all the time. It is an outfit all in itself and only needs a pair of sandals or slides! Talk about an easy piece!

Living Proof Advanced Dry Shampoo
Dry shampoo is my number one hair product. I try to go around 4 days between washing my hair. Living proof came out with a stronger version of my favorite dry shampoo and it definitely lives up to the claim. I don’t use it all the time, it’s too strong for that. I like to use it post workout or on my last day or two before I’m ready to wash my hair.
Olaplex No 7 Bonding Oil
I don’t use a lot of products on my hair so I’m pretty picky about any I try. I was looking for an oil for the ends of my hair. To use when they get dry. This one is reparative and can be used wet or dry! I love using it on 2nd or 3rd day hair, it revives the ends and makes them look and feel softer.
Laura Mercier Caviar Eyeshadow Sticks
These eyeshadow sticks are pretty full proof. They are blendable and buildable with really beautiful colors. You can use them as both an eyeliner and shadow. I have one in cocoa and one in Amethyst. Full review here.
Artis Make Up Brushes
LOVE these make up brushes. They make every product I use go on smooth and even. I started with just a couple brushes but plan on replacing all of my make up brushes with these! Full review here.

Secure Earring Backs
Do you have a pair of earrings that you are worried will fall out when you wear them? I have a pair that of diamond hoops that were my mom’s. Besides being valuable, they have a huge sentimental value as well! When I wear them I am always so paranoid they’ll fall out. Then I found these secure backs that basically lock your earrings on! They are a lot for an earring back but the security they give me is worth it.
7 Day Pillbox
Didn’t think such a simple item would be a favorite purchase. But it’s cute, chic and keeps me organized. It’s pretty enough that I don’t mind keeping it out on my nightstand.
Portable Charger
This portable charger is a lifesaver! It was on my gift guide for travelers and honestly I think everyone could use it! What I love most is it has all the cords and plug built in but is still very sleek.
